During this playdate, I combine all my favorite modalities into one powerful & fun session.

You will leave with an energy reset! This could include: steps to move forward, chakra focuses, clarity and/or a confidence boost.

This playdate is designed for you to ask questions and get intuitively channeled advice from your higher self for your highest good! The space is designed to receive exactly what you need in the present moment.

If you don't know what to ask or what you need, no problem!! Let's let Spirit lead us to give you exactly what you need. This could be but not limited to: Reiki, Oracle Cards, Emotion Code, ETC...

A little bit about me:

I am a certified Reiki Master Level Teacher and have been giving Reiki sessions to family, friends, and clients for about 3 years. I am also a certified Emotion Code Practitioner. I also have been trained in crystals, essential oils, oracle/tarot cards, EFT tapping, Early Reflex Integration, Chakras, Meditation, and Breathwork.

 

What is the Reiki setting like?

A Reiki setting is typically a quiet setting where we are not disturbed. Please silence your phone when you enter the room, and I will also do the same.

Our session will take place in my dedicated space in my basement, and the space is also what I use during virtual session calls. During our session, you will be lying down on a Reiki treatment table with clean sheets for most of the Reiki session. I like to leave time at the beginning and end of the session to talk about your intention around your session, and to share what came up during the session.

I frequently play soft music during the session as a way of masking ambient noise but please let me know if you prefer silence. I intuitively choose crystals, cards, sage, and other items based on the needs of the individual clients during the session. I will check with the client prior to session to make sure these items are ok. I want this space to feel sacred and safe the entire time, so please let know if there are any hesitations so we can address them prior to our appointment!

 

What does the session consist of?

A complete Reiki session is offered to a fully clothed recipient who is lying on a treatment table or sitting comfortably supported in a chair. Please let me know if you have any health conditions that prevent you from lying on your back for the duration of the session.

I tend to use a hand’s off approach to Reiki; but there are times that Reiki is offered through light, non-invasive touch where my hands are placed and held on a series of locations on the head and front and back of the torso. The placement of the hands should never be intrusive or inappropriate, nor should there be any pressure. I want you to feel fully relaxed and I do not want to startle you once you enter a rest and digest space. At the end of the session, I do place my hands on your shins and feet to ground you in the space. If you do not want your shins or feet to be touched, please kindly let me know and I will happily change up how I end the session.  

 

What should I do during the session?

Receiving Reiki is a very passive experience. Your relaxation state will shift quite naturally as the session proceeds. Allow yourself to daydream, enjoy the music, or simply observe your breath. Be sure to let me know if you need anything to make you feel more comfortable so that you are able to get the most out of your session.

 

What might I experience?

“I feel very refreshed and seem to be clear.” “I think I feel asleep.” “I feel so relaxed.” “I don’t have a headache anymore.” “wow, I felt energy move.” “I am so tired.” “I am hungry now.” Those are some things people have experienced from a Reiki session.

The experience of Reiki is sometimes very pronounced or very subtle. It all depends on the client. If you come with an open mind and heart, I can guarantee you will see better, more pronounced results. 

During the session, you may also feel heat or coolness, or pulsations throughout the body. All of these are totally normal, and it is just the energy moving and shifting.

Most people feel very relaxed during and after a session. But it is not uncommon to notice other changes 1-3 days after a Reiki session: such as stronger digestion, stronger emotions, a sense of being centered and less reactive, and sleeping more deeply.

If any symptoms begin to worry you or linger after 3 days,  please seek medical attention.


What should I do after a session?

Allow yourself to stay in that relaxed state as long as you can. Drink plenty of water, eat nourishing foods, get outside, and give yourself lots of love and gratitude for showing up.

 

How often should I have Reiki sessions?

To fully evaluate the potential benefits of Holy Fire Reiki, I recommend at least 4 sessions, spaced out by at least a week in between. However, Reiki is perfectly safe to experience more often than that. I personally do Self Reiki daily.
